Cancellation Policy The restaurant’s continued viability relies on reservations being honoured by our customers, and adequate notice being given of any changes or cancellations.

Accordingly, the following applies:

 1. We reserve the right to charge a Table reservation/booking fee for any booking that is made prior or on the day. 

2. For all bookings, you must notify us of a cancellation 24 hours or any changes to the number of guests at least by 4.30pm on the day, prior to your booking. 

3. Prithiraj Restaurant reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee of £10 per person for any bookings after the  24 hour notice period. 

4. The cancellation fee reflects the cost incurred by Prithiraj in terms of staffing, food, and any lost revenue as a result of turning away other potential bookings. 

5. Please only book if you and the guests are fit and well and are covid 19 symptoms free.

6. Any booking over 6+ confirmation will be confirmed once in receipt of the booking /reservation fee of £10.00 guest, the total of the booking/reservation fee will be deducted from your final bill on the evening of your booking/reservation equally it is non refundable if there is a no show. Please leave a number that we can contact you in regards to taking a booking fee, Please note a payment over the phone is no longer available so we will provide you with the BACs details and a reference number.
